I was very pleased to get this card on a proverbs theme, a theme I introduced on my etegami blog, but without making an official mailart call. The thing is, this card even fits into my 2010 mailart call on the theme of Food-- in this case: the "lack of food." Truly, there but for the grace of God go I.
