This beautiful card from Italy is a response to my Mail Art Call for Autumn-themed Etegami. The words are an old Piemontese proverb (a dialect of Italy): Bosch d' pùnta e fùmna d' piat a sustenu mes un stat, which means something like "Straight wood and lying women support half a country."

Actually this card has a few hand-drawn artwork - the tree is painted in acrylics :)
