carl baker

A large envelope of mailart treasures arrived from Carl who has a particular interest in letters and symbols. Thanks, Carl!

lena o'connell

This intriguing piece of mailart comes from Lena in Ireland, but no note or return address came with it, so I'm not sure what our connection is. I hope you don't mind my posting this, Lena. I'd love to learn more about this card.

daniele sutra

Daniele's submission to the food-themed mailart call is this etegami-style drawing of "Pan Bagnat," which she tells me is a specialty of Nice. I love learning geography through cooking!

dr. brignone

This collage of fruit and some familiar faces comes with a recipe for yummy-looking, disk-shaped polenta. Must try it as soon as I decode the Italian recipe! heh heh

eva j

Eva's submission to the food-themed mailart call is a photograph of a salad accompanied by a "Schleich" rabbit, which she says she's had since childhood. Thanks, Eva!

enn traineau

"Nothing says teatime here in France like some tasty macarons," writes Enn. This food-themed card is her first attempt at mail art. What a wonderful beginning!

sherri ayers

Such luscious-looking blueberries! On the back is a recipe for a blueberry sauce that Sherri says is good over ice cream. I'll be sure to try it this summer. (slurp)
