atte ourie (finland)

Three more intriguing cards from Atte Ourie (who has yet to reveal his postal address to me), with series of numbers on the back. The drawings must be related to the numbers, but I haven't figured it out.

megan henson (usa)

Two beautiful collages from Megan at once! Is it my imagination, or does the top one reflect her excitement about plans to spend part of the summer visiting the sea coast with family? Have a good time, Megan. : )

dr. brignone (italy)

I do believe this is the first time I've received a print (lino?) from Dr.Brignone. Is he breaking away from collages? Whatever method he uses, his mailart always charms. The card seems to have been cut from a box that contained dried pasta. Comes with a recipe and everything!!

frips (belgium)

Summer greetings from Belgium. I'm assuming it's from Frips because of the way the postage stamps are folded over the edges of the card. lol. You have a nice summer too, Frips!!

mujiao (taiwan)

Mujiao, a university student, made this card on her computer. I really like the colors.

megan henson (usa)

One thing (among many things) that I appreciate about Megan's mailart is that she always adds personal news and asks about my life, so I feel as though I get to know her better with each exchange. Here is another one of her lovely collages. Thanks, Megan!

ahmet demir (turkey)

Ahmet sent me four envelopes that, when placed together just right, make this gorgeous image of a horned owl. Each envelope comes with a canceled Turkish postage stamp. The photo doesn't do it justice because the envelopes wouldn't quite fit on my scanner, but it's awesome. Thanks, Ahmet!
