dr. brignone



This collage of fruit and some familiar faces comes with a recipe for yummy-looking, disk-shaped polenta. Must try it as soon as I decode the Italian recipe! heh heh

    Ha ha, the missing words simply are "montata" in the title (panna montata= whipped cream), minutes in the timing (1 hour 45 minutes) and zucchero=sugra, the last word. I don't remember if it was "zucchero a velo=icing sugar" or simply sugar. You will have to try both - or using YOUR way to whip the cream :)
